She’s arrived: Victorious Woman!

By P. J. Stratton

Lake Dallas, Texas April 5, 2025 ~ Author, Reverend Irene C. Webster announces the inaugural printing of her first book, ‘Victorious Woman’ ~ A Stained Flower ~ How God Helped One Woman Overcome Misogyny and Abuse. Now available on Amazon.com, ASIN: B0F3DL1GX4. This labor of love has been in the works for over ten years, and Irene’s tenacity to publish this precious book is nothing short of miraculous.

In her own words, “My goal in writing this book is to help others really consider what the Bible says about how men and women are to treat each other. Over the many years of my life I have seen and personally experienced profound injustice in the way I, and other women, have been treated by the male gender.

Although I may sound like a women’s libber, if you were standing in another woman’s stilettos might you also question the gender inequity in the family and the church? After all the statistics concerning abuse and divorce are staggering. Why? We are the Church! We are supposed to reflect Jesus Christ! Why are marriages in Christian’s homes under siege and suffering? Why isn’t Church leadership openly dealing with the obvious sin issues surrounding marriage, abuse, and divorce?

God’s Word says this:

Galatians 3:28 KJV 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

John 15:12 Amplified Version “This is My commandment that you love and unselfishly seek the best for one another, just as I have loved you.

We are ALL created in the image of God and as just as God love us so we should love one another. Yet there is still a great deal of marital abuse and divorce in the body of Christ. Why is this not addressed openly in the church instead of behind closed doors? We also need to ask ourselves this question: how can we help to solve these problems and avoid them ourselves?

If our church leadership is not dealing with the tragic issue of gender inequity then the only way to find real solutions to these tragic problems is by becoming better informed by the wisdom which comes from the Holy Spirit.

This only comes by truly digging into God’s Word overall, not by only using selective scriptures, but also by personally assessing a perspective not normally considered. I sincerely hope the insights uncovered from my journey will empower you with freedom creating wisdom in seeking Biblical answers to life’s most challenging and heart wrenching struggles.”

In His Service,

Irene Webster
